The Truth

The change in routine with holiday joys resulted in the children disputing what day of the week it was. I was initially certain it was wednesday but my son’s certainty roused doubts, and I wondered if I had got it wrong? One thing was certain the day or date was not going to change whatever anyone chooses to believe.

It brought to mind the certainty of truth in the alleged “post truth” era. A dog will not change into a duck whatever anyone chooses to belief, regardless of the person’s qualification or reputation. A Professor may choose to profess lies for whatever reason, whoever swallows the deceit will suffer the detriment. The onus therefore lies on every individual to seek the truth and hold fast to it, whatever challenge may come.

Believing a sheep to be a lion because of some mass of muddy shaggy wool round its neck, will not make it safe to stay with it in a pen! It is a matter of time before disaster is likely to set in?? Always best to seek the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth!

It looked like it would be the perfect dream, starting life with acres of green pasture, evening walks on the farm inhaling fresh clean air! The scenes started to change like a movie being fast forwarded and precious moments seemed uncaptured till gone, not to return. I started learning to cherish life, the greatest gift above all things! I needed more, so I sought the source and got to know it came from Love and with it was always freedom! The rapidly changing scenes, with years speeding by, have been stormy and still, bright and grey, with highs and low! I have found meaningful living is not determined by circumstances but rather by what goes on within. The juice in the heart powers the body, its activities and interactions. Love gives the juice, love gives life, freedom expresses life. I remain passionate about a journey with life, love and liberty! #LoveLifeLiberty
